I. INTRODUCTION AND PROCEDURAL HISTORY
Presently before the Court is Plaintiff's Motion for Temporary Restraining Order and Preliminary Injunction (Doc. 6).
On December 29, 2017, Plaintiff, Cerro Fabricated Products, LLC, (hereinafter "Cerro") filed a Complaint against its former employee, Defendant George Solanick, asserting Misappropriation of Trade Secrets under 12 Pa.C.S.A. § 5301, et seq.
