Decided August 28, 1995No. 94-54PublishedCited by 18 opinions

1Opinion of the Court

LEHMAN, Justice.

Appellant Joseph Lucero appeals from an order and decree denying his motion for summary judgment as a matter of law. The district court found that questions of material fact existed and that Lucero was not entitled to qualified immunity for three causes of actions alleged in appellee Larry Mathews’ complaint, to wit: breach of contract, deprivation of property without due process, and deprivation of first amendment rights. Lucero now appeals.

We affirm.
