Plaintiffs allege that defendant First Horizon Home Loan Corporation (“First Horizon”) gave them confusing Notices of Right to Cancel in connection with their refinancing transactions, in violation of the Truth in Lending Act, 15 U.S.C. § 1601, et seq. (“TILA”), implementing Federal Reserve Board Regulation Z, 12 C.F.R. § 226.1, et seq., and their Massachusetts counterparts, the Massachusetts Consumer Credit Cost Disclosure Act, Mass. Gen.
