Wilda Boyd appeals from a judgment of the Tuscaloosa Circuit Court dismissing her appeal from an order of the Tuscaloosa Probate Court. We affirm.
I. Background
This dispute began on May 1, 2000, when Wilda Boyd ("Boyd") petitioned the Tuscaloosa Probate Court for "letters of guardianship and conservatorship" of the person and estate of her husband, W.B. Oliver Boyd, who was incapacitated (case no. 00-449).
