MEMORANDUM

DuBOIS, District Judge.

I. INTRODUCTION

In these consolidated antitrust actions, plaintiffs allege that the two leading pro ducers of blood reagents — Immucor, Inc. (“Immucor”) and Ortho Clinical Diagnostics, Inc. (“Ortho Clinical”) — conspired to unreasonably restrain trade and commerce in violation of § 1 of the Sherman Antitrust Act, 15 U.S.C. § 1.
