Plaintiff Sherri Kelley (“Plaintiff’) alleges that her employer, Defendant Maine Eye Care Associates, P.A. (“Defendant”), fired her from her position as an optical lab technician because of her membership in the United States Army Reserves in violation of the Uniform Services Employment and Reemployment Rights Act, 38 U.S.C. §§ 4301-4333 (“USERRA”).
