Plaintiff Timothy James Kane (“Kane”) alleges that Defendant. Town of Sandwich (“the Town”) discriminated against him in violation of the Uniformed Service Employment and Reemployment Rights Act (“USERRA”), 38 U.S.C. § 4301 et seq., and Massachusetts law.
