Cashen v. Dunkel

This appeal is on questions of law from a a judgment of the Court of Common Pleas of Erie County. The parties will be referred to herein as they appeared in the Court of Common Pleas, the plaintiffappellee as plaintiff, and the defendant-appellants as defendant Dunkel and defendant Kaufman.
