Plaintiff, tbe wife of tbe driver of one of tbe automobiles involved in the collision, asks judgment against tbe defendants, claiming in her petition that on October 12, 1938, while a passenger in her husband’s ear being driven east on Correctionville road in Sioux City, she sustained injuries by reason of a collision with a car driven by one Elder Beckstrom from the north toward the south at the intersection of two highways.
