This is. an appeal from an order confirming the sheriff’s sale made upon a decree of foreclosure. The case was before this court on: a prior hearing .(see 147 Or. 629, 34 P. (2d) 660), where the trial court’s decree was affirmed. That decree provided that certain properties, located at Twenty-first, and Flanders Streets in Portland, Oregon, be sold to satisfy, a $17,-500 mortgage held by the plaintiff, Teachers ■ Retirement Fund Association.
