In this divorce action the trial court granted a divorce to each of the parties. The wife has appealed “from each and every part of” the decree. However, in her brief she states that the matter at issue on this appeal is the status of some of the property — whether separate or community — and the division of this property.

The husband has cross-appealed from that part of the decree in which the trial court ordered him to pay the wife’s attorneys the sum of twelve thousand dollars as attorneys’ fees (plus costs of suit) in certain monthly in stallments over a period of eighteen months from the…
