Appellant, Xiaoyun “Lucy” Lu (“Lu”), appeals the district court’s order dismiss ing Lu’s Second Amended Complaint (“Complaint”) against AirTran Airways, Inc. (“AirTran”) under Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 12(b)(6) and the preemption provision of the Airline Deregulation Act (“ADA”). After reviewing the record and reading the parties’ briefs, we affirm the order of dismissal.
I.BACKGROUND
