This case is before this Court upon a review of the October 17, 1996, findings and recommendation of the Hearing Panel Subcommittee of the Lawyer Disciplinary Board of the West Virginia State Bar concerning the respondent, Michael C. Farber, an attorney practicing in Sutton, West Virginia. The respondent was charged, inter alia, with revealing confidential information concerning a client and with threatening that chent, in violation of the West Virginia Rules of Professional Conduct.
