Some twenty years ago the appellee, Indianapolis Power and Light Company, acquired a tract of real estate in Marion County, upon which it has constructed a power plant at a cost of several million dollars. Prior to 1933 this property was located in Decatur Township, but on November 3, of that year, the Board of Commissioners of Marion County entered an order changing the boundary line between Perry and Decatur Townships, resulting in said property being in Perry Township.
