The appellant, Dale Shawn Adams, was convicted of violating four City of Pelham ordinances that incorporate Alabama Code violations: driving under the influence of alcohol in violation of §32-5A-191(a)(2), Code of Alabama 1975; possession of marijuana in violation of § 13A-12-214, Code of Alabama 1975; operating a motor vehicle with improper equipment (no taillights) in violation of § 32-5-240(c)(1), Code of Alabama 1975; and possession of drug paraphernalia in violation of § 13A-12-260, Code of Alabama 1975.
