MEMORANDUM OPINION On October 6, 2022, a jury returned a verdict in favor of all four Plaintiffs in this case, finding that Charles Moon Suk Oh and Wade Road, Inc. failed to pay Plaintiffs overtime as required by both the Fair Labor Standards Act (“FLSA”) and D.C. law.
