This petition for the writ of mandamus challenges the Jefferson County Circuit Court's determination of venue in an action for an accounting and distribution of partnership assets. Robert T. Wilson, Jr., sued "Wilson King; James C. King; Garfield W. Ivey, Jr.; King Ivey; and King, Ivey Junkin," seeking the equitable relief of an accounting and distribution of partnership assets. On motion of the defendants, the case was transferred to the Fayette County Circuit Court.
