In the Shelby County Circuit Court, John R. Ambrose, Jr., and Jarrell Ambrose Taylor, brother and sister (the plaintiffs), sued their uncle Ehney A. Ambrose (the defendant) for a declaratory judgment, an accounting, negligence, wantonness, breach of fiduciary duty, conversion, and fraudulent suppression.
