This cause is here on a petition for certiorari filed by the complainant, Jennie B. McClure, as the result of a decision by tbe Court of Appeals by which that court reversed the chancellor’s conclusion in her favor. The writ has been granted and argument heard.
In her bill the complainant charged that in 1913 a violent avulsion occurred in Duck River in Humphreys County that cut off the west end of her father’s farm creating an island of 20 or 30 acres.
