This is an appeal from a judgment awarding appellee damages against appellants for personal injuries alleged to have resulted to. him by' the falling against him of a telegraph pole from a car loaded' with such poles. It is claimed that at the time of the injuries appellee was working for the Tueumcari & Memphis Railway Company, a corporation duly incorporated under the laws of the territory of New Mexico, and that the injury occurred in New Mexico.
