I-I. P. Trout sued the Chicago, Rock Island & Gulf Railway Company and the Chicago, Rock Island & El Paso Railway Company, in the district court of Potter county, for damages, alleged to have resulted from an injury sustained by him in the territory of New Mexico, in 1910.
