Helen Tynan appeals from an order of the Workmen’s Compensation Appeal Board (WCAB) reversing the decision of the referee and terminating her benefits. We reverse the WCAB and reinstate the referee’s order on the following basis.
On July 4,1983, Tynan injured her right wrist when she fell during the course of her employment with Associated Cleaning Consultants and Services, Inc. (Employer). Tynan received benefits for this injury pursuant to a notice of compensation payable issued by Employer. On October 15, 1990, Employer filed a Petition to Terminate, alleging that Tynan had…
