This appeal is from the decision and judgment of the United States Customs Court,1 dismissing appellant’s protest concerning the.-classification of imported sets containing miniature plastic figures *122and certain accompanying items. The court’s description of appellant’s Exhibit 1 sufficiently conveys the nature of the merchandise:
