Appeal from a judgment of the superior court for King county, Tallman, J., entered June 30, 1913, upon the verdict of a jury rendered in favor of the plaintiff, in an action for personal injuries sustained upon a public dock.

This action was brought to recover damages for injuries sustained by the plaintiff, a boy between six and seven years old, through the alleged negligence of the defendant in the construction and maintenance of its dock, at Juanita, on the eastern shore of Lake Washington.

The facts are practically undisputed. The dock in question was owned and operated by the county for the use of the public in connection with boats touching at Juanita.
