This case involves the appeal of the decision of the United States Court of International Trade that sustained the final anti-dumping determination issued by the United States Department of Commerce International Trade Administration (“Commerce”). Shakeproof Assembly Components v. United States, 102 F.Supp.2d 486 (C.I.T.2000) (“Shakeproof II”).
