While the appeal is from the injunction pendente lite of December 13, 1948, and from that part of the order which denied defendant’s motion to vacate the ex parte restraining order issued on November 19, 1948, the questions for decision are really presented by the appeal from that part of the order of December 13, 1948, which granted a temporary injunction pending the final determination of the action.
