These five causes, so far as they affect the interests of the appellees Pugh, Goff, Pierce and Ennis, were instituted by the plaintiffs the First FTational Bank of Fairmont and L. L. McCrum for the purpose of assailing certain conveyances made and transactions had by and between the defendants A. II. Bowman and E.B.
