Michael Snyder, the appellant, was convicted of two counts of rape by deviate sexual activity with an eight-year-old boy. He was sentenced to fifteen years’ imprisonment on each count, to be served consecutively. Mr. Snyder argues that the Trial Court erred by admitting evidence, during the sentencing phase of his trial, of a prior juvenile delinquency adjudication.
