OPINION

{¶ 1} Appellant, Lisa Rash, appeals from her conviction on one count of patient endangerment. Appellee is the State of Ohio.

STATEMENT OF FACTS AND CASE

{¶ 2} Appellant was employed as a home health aide by Interim Health Care. Her sole responsibility was to provide health aide services to her brother-in-law, Terry Rash, which were subsidized through Carestar. Terry suffers from spina bifida, kidney problems, paralysis and mental retardation. Terry has also suffered from recurring bedsores.
