Appellant Catherine Thompson (“Thompson”) appeals from a judgment in favor of Defendant-Appellees, Werner Enterprises, Inc. (“Werner”) and Scott Austin (“Austin”), in this negligence-based personal injury action, after a trial in the United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania.
