John Santos appeals from a judgment of conviction of two counts of lewd and lascivious acts by force on a child under the age of fourteen years (Pen. Code, § 288, subd. (b)), 1 four counts of oral copulation by force with a child under the age of fourteen years and more than ten years younger than defendant (§ 288a, subd. (c)), and one count of penetration by a foreign object by force (§ 289, subd. (a)).
