These cases are separate petitions of the National Labor Relations Board (hereinafter called the Board) and the Brotherhood of Textile Printers and Associated Workers (hereinafter called the Brotherhood), respectively, to review and enforce, and to set aside an order of the Board issued against the Rock Hill Printing and Finishing Company (hereinafter called Rock Hill Company).
