On the 22d day of June, 1918, Mrs. Emeline McIntosh leased to J. S. Garlington a one-story brick building in Wichita Falls, known as Nos. 620 and 622 Ohio avenue, about 50x125 feet on lots 8 and 9, block 152, for the term of two years from the 12 th day of July, 1918, room 622 to be used by the Consumers’ Cash Grocery, and 620 to be used for automobile business, the rent for the term being $2,400, payable monthly, $100 in advance.
