This is an appeal from a judgment awarding money damages in a medical malpractice case. Appellee Fernando Rodriguez (Rodriguez) brought a -wrongful death and survival action against Appellant Las Palmas Medical Center and El Paso Healthcare System, Ltd. d/b/a Las Palmas Medical Center (Las Palmas), alleging negligence which caused the death of his mother, Carmen Rodriguez.
