Appellant, Benny P. Phillips, M.D., appeals from a jury verdict and subsequent judgment in favor of appellees, Dale Bramlett, individually and as independent administrator of the estate of Vicki Bram-lett, Shane Fuller, and Michael Fuller (collectively, “Bramlett”), in their medical malpractice action.
