Lee Lewis Construction, Inc. (LLC) appeals from a final judgment 1) awarding damages against it to Norma Harrison, individually and as the next friend of her children Sumer Dawn and Jimmy Thor Harrison, and May and Sellie Harrison (collectively referred to as Jimmy’s kin) and 2) granting summary judgment to KK Glass, Inc.
