This is an appeal by the Board of Professional Discipline of the Idaho State Board of Medicine from a decision of the district court that reversed the Board’s order revoking James A. Laurino, M.D.’s license to practice medicine. We hold that the Board erred in revoking Dr. Laurino’s license in light of the evidence presented at the inquiry concerning Dr. Laurino’s treatment of nine patients.
