This action was brought by Jack Clay, plaintiff, against Cairl H. Tollett and Gladys Tollett, husband and wife, defendants, to foreclose a mechanic’s lien upon certain property and the dwelling house lo cated thereon in Cotton county, Oklahoma. The cause was submitted to a jury, which rendered a verdict for the plaintiff upon which the court rendered judgment. Defendants have appealed. The parties will be referred to as they appeared in the court below.
