This is an action in equity by plaintiff, a not-for-profit organization, formed by B’nai B’rith in 1913, to enjoin the appropriation, imitation and use of “ anti-defamation league ” and the symbol “ADL” by defendant league, a voluntary association, formed January 1,1972.
