I. INTRODUCTION

In this replevin action, the district court, pursuant to verdict, entered a judgment for the delivery of 54 head of cattle by the defendant-appellant, Leroy Grams, and the defendantappellee, Robert Grams, trustee of the Harry A. Grams Trust, doing business as D & C Cattle Co., to the plaintiff-appellee, Farmers and Merchants Bank.
