OPINION

TIJERINA, Justice.

This lawsuit concerns a demand for an accounting, removal of the trustee, and money damages filed against appellee individually and as trustee of Ella and L.O. Carter Trusts. The appeal is from a take-nothing judgment based on the jury’s an swer to special issues. The trial court overruled the motion for judgment non obstante veredicto.
