Over five years ago, Plaintiff Larry Klayman (“Klayman”) 1 commenced this action against Defendants — Judicial Watch, Inc. (“Judicial Watch”), a non-profit public interest government watchdog organization; Thomas J. Fitton (“Fitton”), President of Judicial Watch; Paul J.
