Plaintiff Soheila Rahbari brings this shareholder derivative complaint on behalf of nominal defendant NexCen Brands, Inc. alleging breach of fiduciary duty, abuse of control, gross mismanagement, unjust enrichment, and insider selling against the named individual directors’ of NexCen from May 10, 2007 through the present based on their misrepresentations and failure to disclose known material adverse facts.
