Mauro Wojcikiewiez pleaded guilty to possession of unregistered firearms, in violation of 26 U.S.C. § 5861(d), and transferring unregistered firearms, in violation of 26 U.S.C. § 5861(e). In appealing his convictions, Wojcikiewiez argues that his conduct did not constitute a crime under the plain meaning of 26 U.S.C. §§ 5845(c) and 5861(d), and alternatively that these statutes are unconstitutionally ambiguous as applied in this case.
