Employee appeals summary judgment on her age discrimination claims, arguing that there were genuine issues of material fact and that employer was not entitled to judgment as a matter of law. We reverse and remand.

FACTS

Appellant Cheri Dietrich was employed by respondent Canadian Pacific Ltd., d/b/a Soo Line Corporation and Soo Line Railroad Co. (Soo Line), since 1986.
