"A petition in equity by a husband seeking to cancel two concurrent verdicts and a decree obtained in the same court in a former divorce suit by the wife against her former husband, and to have declared continued existence of the former marriage, thereby establishing incapacity of the wife to marry at the time of her marriage to plaintiff, held subject to general demurrer."
