OLSZEWSKI, Judge:

Following a jury trial, appellant, Myron Montgomery, was convicted of rape, aggravated indecent assault and indecent assault. He now appeals from the judgment of sentence.

On December 3, 1994, JH and her friend LL, both minors, were visiting with Mends in the Milton Village apartment complex. While there, the girls were introduced to appellant. Over the course of the next several hours, appellant made a number of sexual advances towards LL. His overtures were rebuked, however, and appellant turned his attention towards JH.
