This is a petition for a writ of habeas corpus. On August 5,1929, the Court of Oyer and Terminer of Somerset County imposed the following minimum sentences (to be served consecutively) on relator after he pleaded guilty to the charges specified:(1) No. 7 September Term, 1929, for breaking and entering with intent to commit a felony, five years.(2) No. 8 September Term, 1929, for bank robbery and larceny, ten years.(3) No. 46 September Term, 1929, for felonious attempt to kill, three years and six months.
