MEMORANDUM

BARTLE, Chief Judge.

Valencia Harper, proceeding pro se, filed this action against Tyco Electronics Corporation (“Tyco”) in which she alleges that because of her race she was subjected to a hostile work environment, disparate treatment, and a constructive discharge in violation of 42 U.S.C. § 2000e. Before the court is the motion of Tyco to dismiss the *160complaint under Rule 12(b)(6) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure for failing to state a claim upon which relief can be granted.
