On February 11, 2013, the 257-member plaintiff class (“Plaintiffs”) in this Rails-to-Trails case filed a motion for recovery of attorneys’ fees and costs under the Uniform Relocation Assistance and Real Property Acquisition Policies Act of 1970 (“URA”).
